DNZT celebrated Tirgan festival for the third time in Oslo city on Tir Rooz of Tir Mah 3748 Mazda-Yasni (Thursday 1st of July.2010).
Zarathushthrians of Oslo and their friends attedent the celebration which took place on bank of Sgonsvann lake in north of Oslo.
The function started at 7 pm, with playing Iranian national song, "Ey Iran"
The function was folowed by:
1. Niayesh (prayer) in Avestaic and its translation in Persian.
2.A short speech about Tirgan.
3.Ab-Paachi (throwing water on each other which is a
Zarathushti tradition for celebrating Tirgan Jashan).
Prgram followed by music and dance until 10 pm.
Grilled sausages, soft drinks,tea and coffee were saverd on Tirgan day.
